Veraprint is operated by Accent Impression in Montreal, Quebec. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• The text you put in your design (names, dates, messages).
• Your email address and payment details, entered on Stripe's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• For printed copies: the shipping name, address and phone number, used only to deliver the order.
• For gifts: the recipient's name and email and your gift message, used only to deliver that gift.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Purolator (shipping printed copies), our email provider (order and gift emails) and Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed to deliver your order, handle reprints, and meet accounting obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or ask any privacy question, by emailing hello@accentimpression.com. That address reaches the person responsible for the protection of personal information at Accent Impression.
