Returns and reprints

Every Veraprint design is personalized and made to order, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. When something is wrong, we make it right.

Printed copies

If a printed copy arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the design you approved in the preview, email hello@accentimpression.com within 14 days of delivery with your order email and a photo. We will reprint it at no charge or refund it.

Digital downloads

If your file will not download or open, email us and we will send it again. If we cannot deliver a working file, we refund the order.

Checking your text

You approve the exact text and layout in the live preview before paying, so please check names and dates carefully. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us right away and we will help.
